I am fitter now than I have ever been because of Fit4Action. It seems like no classes are ever the same so I am never bored as there is very little repetition. This with motivation from a great group of people to do the Tough Bloke Challenge, Sutherland 2 Surf and a half marathon all in less than 6 months, this has to have been the best thing I have ever done for my fitness. I could not recommend this boot camp enough!
Fit 4 Action has helped me to focus on working towards a goal and be more realistic about results. Working out has never been my strong suit, I often tend to give up when things get hard but working out with Fit4Action and the team has helped me not only to strengthen by physical body, but my mind as well. This is only my third week and I feel already much stronger. I used to go to the gym regularly, but it’s so hard to keep yourself motivated and improve your fitness level. I just love the whole concept of Fit4Action.
Training outdoors in a peaceful green environment, getting challenged and push your limits, I love the variety in workouts … and locations (like the sandhills in Cronulla)…and work as a team with a bunch of nice people and just Go For It!

Training outdoors with a group helps keep you motivated and the varied workouts make exercise much more challenging than going to a gym. At first, I was really anxious about seeing a Personal Trainer as I haven’t exercised in many years. I started with Fit 4 Action with a goal of regaining a bit of muscle and losing some weight from my waist. My first few sessions were exhausting, but I soon adjusted and began to really enjoy the workouts. 10 weeks later, I was fitter and stronger than I have been in years and could finally touch my toes again. I couldn’t believe it when I could complete a kilometre of cycling, running and rowing, one after another. Even more surprising, I’m back into my old trousers again.

After making the same New Years Resolution year after year to get in shape and failing miserably, I finally decided I needed to set a more measurable target. So I set myself the goal of running the City to Surf. This was an exceptionally tough target for me as I had never ran in my life and was convinced I was not built for the sport.
FIT4Action set out a training plan for me and kept me motivated through the tough sessions. Not only did I complete the City to Surf but I also completed the Sutherland to Surf 2 weeks prior as a warm up. I would never have believed it was possible if not for Fit 4 Action’s support.
