trailrunAlthough most sessions contain some degree of running, our FIT4Running class specialises in running methods and techniques in training for annual running events such as:-

  • Mothers Day Classic
  • SMH Half Marathon
  • Kathmandu Adventure Series
  • Sutherland 2 Surf
  • City 2 Surf
  • Blackmores Running Festival – 9km, Half Marathon and Full Marathon
  • Kathmandu Urban Challenge

We also train specifically for various other adventure races such as :-

  • Mud Run
  • Tough Bloke Challenge
  • Spartan
  • Tough Mudder
  • Valley Stampede

Along with regular distance training we focus on fartlek, sprints, intervals, tempo runs, strength/power and hills to give you that edge.
