Although most sessions contain some degree of running, our FIT4Running class specialises in running methods and techniques in training for annual running events such as:-
- Mothers Day Classic
- SMH Half Marathon
- Kathmandu Adventure Series
- Sutherland 2 Surf
- City 2 Surf
- Blackmores Running Festival – 9km, Half Marathon and Full Marathon
- Kathmandu Urban Challenge
We also train specifically for various other adventure races such as :-
- Mud Run
- Tough Bloke Challenge
- Tough Mudder
- Valley Stampede
Along with regular distance training we focus on fartlek, sprints, intervals, tempo runs, strength/power and hills to give you that edge.
